Waiting for Bluebells

I can’t wait for spring!

Bluebell walk

Can you write a short poem?

Struggling for something  to post on your blog? Why not write a short poem using this photo as inspiration and post it on your own website. You can feature a photo of the  countryside near you like this post.  Remember to send me the link in a comment here. I’d love to see your poems and photos.

About caroleparkes

My husband calls me a butterfly because I flit from one hobby to another. Apart from being a wife for 52 years, a mother of three sons, and a grandmother, I'm also an author, genealogist, amateur artist, a lover of most needlecrafts, and occasional poet. Of the above, my most enduring interest has been writing and I hope to be doing it well into old age.

I was procrastinating instead of writing my novel when I read your post. I thought why don’t I procrastinate by writing poetry instead of scrolling Facebook! Here’s my link
